ABOUT AVERY KATE
Growing up between California and Hawai'i has had a lasting influence on the way I see and create art. I draw inspiration from the environments around me, personal experiences, and the small details of my everyday life.
I work across a variety of different mediums, including painting, drawing, stippling, photography, digital, screen & gelli printing, and mixed media. Rather than defining my work by one particular style, I enjoy experimenting with different materials, techniques, and ideas, allowing each piece to develop its own identity.
My work is often influenced by color, desire, texture, fashion, nature, societal standards, and the contrast between the places and experiences that have shaped me. Studio Avery Kate is a space where I can bring these different sides of my creativity together and share them through art prints and evolving collections.
That ever-changing inspiration has become a defining part of the way I create, and it's why I always come back to one phrase: "chaos makes the muse."

Print Quality & Details
From Original to Print
Every Studio Avery Kate print begins as an original work of art. Each piece is carefully reproduced to preserve the details, textures, colors, and character of the original while translating it into a print made to live in your space.
Print Quality
Each piece is printed with close attention to color, clarity, and detail to create a high-quality reproduction of the original artwork. Materials and finishes are thoughtfully selected to complement the qualities of each design. 8x10" and 11x14" prints are printed onto heavyweight felt cardstock, while the 16x20" prints are printed one either luster gloss poster paper or archival uncoated poster paper.
Sizing
Prints are offered in a variety of sizes (8x10", 11x14", 12x18", 16x20", and 24x36") depending on the size of the original. Because original artworks vary in proportion, slight differences in cropping or composition may occur between sizes to best preserve the integrity of the piece. If you would like a print in a size that is not currently offered, custom sizing may be available upon request. These requests are considered custom orders and may be priced higher than standard sizes due to additional requirements. Please allow additional time for custom prints to be prepared and shipped.
What You'll Receive
Your artwork will arrive as an unframed fine art print, carefully packaged to help protect it during its journey to you. Each print is prepared with attention to presentation and quality so it arrives ready to frame.
Care & Display
For lasting quality, framing your print behind protective glass or acrylic is recommended. Keep your artwork away from prolonged direct sunlight, excessive moisture, and humidity to help preserve its color and condition over time.
A Note on Color
Every effort is made to accurately represent the colors of each artwork online. Because screens display color differently, slight variations in tone and brightness may occur between what you see on your device and the physical print.

Every design available through Studio Avery Kate originated from artwork created by the artist, Avery. From the first marks to and layers to the finished piece, the creative process begins by hand before the work is carefully reproduced as a print.
